Responsibilities
Assist in pitching products, collections, and brand stories to editors, stylists, and media outlets
Maintain and update press contact lists and media databases
Coordinate press requests, sample loans, and returns
Track press placements and compile monthly PR recap reports
Support influencer gifting programs and PR mailers
Coordinate product send-outs and follow up on content deliverables
Track influencer content, usage rights, and engagement metrics
Maintain influencer and talent contact lists
Assist with drafting press releases, media kits, and brand talking points
Ensure all outgoing communications align with brand voice and positioning
Support product launches, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns
Assist with PR events, showroom appointments, trade shows, and brand activations
Coordinate logistics, guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-up communications
Track budgets related to PR mailers, gifting, and events
Organize PR calendars and timelines
Support internal teams by sharing press wins and brand exposure updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Familiarity with fashion media, influencers, and trend cycles
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Preferred
1–3 years of PR, influencer, or fashion brand experience preferred
