Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and delivery roadmaps
Implement and enforce risk, issue, and change management processes
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across functional teams
Oversee performance against SLAs, milestones, and acceptance criteria
Lead governance meetings, executive briefings, and decision forums
Ensure compliance with NYC DOE / USDA security, audit, and reporting standards
Direct preparation of deliverables using standard Government documentation tools
Coordinate with vendors, oversight bodies, and internal stakeholders
Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions proactively
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience
Experience managing public-sector or regulated IT programs
Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale systems and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree required
PMP (Required)
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
PMI-ACP or PgMP (Preferred)
