This role involves troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day IT issues while collaborating closely with the IT Manager in a hands-on, onsite environment.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support to approximately 60–65 internal users
Troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues related to:
Windows 11 desktops and laptops
Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange
User access and account support via Active Directory
Assist with basic server and infrastructure support, including:
Windows Server environments
Remote Desktop
Hyper‑V (exposure or foundational knowledge)
Support industry‑specific applications, including tax-related software (training provided as needed)
Document issues, resolutions, and common fixes
Escalate more complex issues appropriately to senior IT leadership
Provide friendly, professional internal customer support
Qualification
Required
