Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze federal, state, and international tax returns
Draft corporate tax provision
Review domestic sales tax and international VAT/GST returns prepared by third parties
Prepare quarterly tax estimates
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during annual filings and audits
Research corporate, state and international tax matters
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on business operations
Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for new markets and acquisitions
Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s effective tax rate and cash flow
Develop and maintain tax policies, procedures and internal controls
Additional Duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
CPA or Masters with specialization in taxation
6+ years of experience
Corporate tax and tax provision experience
Work effectively in a team environment and independently
