Responsibilities
Design conversation flows, user journeys, IVR prompts, chatbot dialogue, and utterance routing
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and conversational deliverables efficiently
Apply human-centered design principles to clarify problems and develop user-focused solutions
Support UX and HCD activities, including consultations, design sprints, and facilitated workshops
Collaborate with stakeholders, product designers, and researchers to align design solutions with business requirements
Represent and maintain established brand voice, tone, readability, and accessibility standards
Create, update, and maintain conversation writing guidelines and style documentation
Monitor and analyze IVR and chat usage to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
Participate in content reviews and audits, providing qualitative analysis and recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and change records for conversational updates
Serve as a liaison between business teams, operations, and contact center partners
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in writing, design, UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6 years of professional experience in UX, conversation design, or related disciplines
Experience creating conversational content for IVR systems and chatbots
Strong understanding of accessibility, readability, and grade-level compliance
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
Preferred
Experience with UX and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, or similar
Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, or UX consultations
Exposure to contact center technologies and digital engagement platforms
