Responsibilities
Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems across development and production environments
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AWS services, ensuring secure and scalable cloud operations
Implement, manage, and optimize Cribl pipelines, including data routing, filtering, enrichment, and observability workflows
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and ensure high availability of critical infrastructure
Collaborate with DevOps, SecOps, and Engineering teams to improve reliability and observability across systems
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution
Document processes, configurations, and operational runbooks for systems under management
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of Linux Administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu preferred)
1+ year AWS experience, including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, or related services
1+ year Cribl experience (Cribl Stream / Edge / Search): Building pipelines, Log parsing & routing, Observability data optimization
Strong understanding of system monitoring, logs, and telemetry
Experience with shell scripting (Bash), debugging, and system automation
Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers)
Preferred
Experience with Python or general scripting for automation
Exposure to SIEM, log aggregation tools, or security monitoring workflows
Knowledge of observability platforms (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, etc.)
