Qualification
Required
4 years working with Seniors required
Demonstrated successful operations experience specific to assisted living, Alzheimer's, memory care
Minimum 2-year experience supervising direct reports
Strong computer and accounting skills
Assisted Living Administrator Certification required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services, Gerontology or Social Work
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assisted Living Director
