Senior LevelTalentGlide is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional SME to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA TM solutions for complex enterprise logistics environments. This role will require strong functional expertise and client-facing consulting experience to bridge business logistics processes with SAP TM technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions to support complex logistics and transportation business processes
Act as a functional SME, providing advisory and consulting support to business stakeholders and project leadership
Lead and influence team-level technical and functional decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and program goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Provide end-to-end ownership of TM E2E processes, including planning, execution, freight settlement, and integration touchpoints
Develop innovative, scalable SAP TM solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
Conduct functional testing, issue analysis, debugging, and support UAT activities to ensure solution quality and performance
Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project tracking using Jira, as applicable
Qualification
Required
SAP S/4HANA TM: Advanced hands-on configuration experience
SAP Transportation Management (TM): Expert-level functional knowledge (P3 – Advanced)
Logistics & Transportation Processes: Deep understanding of end-to-end TM business processes
Consulting & Advisory Experience: Proven success in client-facing roles within professional services environments
Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead teams, facilitate decision-making, and work effectively across functions
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear SAP solutions
Preferred
SAP TM integration experience with SAP EWM
SAP TM Certification
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with Jira for sprint and issue management
Prior experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare industry
