Responsibilities

Support development and articulation of Capital One’s climate strategy
Synthesize inputs from:
Internal research
Investors, regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders
Translate research into:
Strategic insights
Clear frameworks
Executive-ready narratives
Build polished presentations for senior leadership and board-level audiences
(Nice-to-have) Support simple analytical models in Google Sheets / Excel
Own execution of Capital One’s annual Climate Report during parental leave coverage
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholder teams to gather inputs
Draft, edit, and refine climate disclosures
Manage review cycles, approvals, and final publication support
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with existing public reporting tone
