Own product roadmap for media mastering and distribution tools
Manage backlog and Agile delivery with engineering teams
Drive automation, quality, and reliability across mastering workflows, including AI-assisted capabilities

Required

7+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting media supply chain, mastering, or distribution platforms
Experience with Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and Interoperable Master Format (IMF) workflows
Knowledge of Composition Playlist (CPL) and Packing List (PKL) used in digital cinema packaging and validation
Experience working with encrypted digital cinema content and Key Delivery Message (KDM) workflows
Proven Agile / Scrum product ownership experience
Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools such as Cursor to support product development, automation, or operational efficiency
Background in digital cinema, studio technology, or entertainment
Strong cross-functional communication skills
