Responsibilities
Should have extensive knowledge of Commercial P&C Insurance in the US market and industry trends
Should have experience and knowledge about Policy Management, Underwriting, New Business, and Claims functionalities of the insurance life cycle
Should have strong understanding of business processes, data, workflows, rules management, and product configurations for insurance systems
Hands on experience working on data based and API based products
Strong business analysis skills with experience in Agile methodologies and sprints
Ability to understand business needs or problems through GAP analysis, business process analysis, data analysis, and interactive sessions with stakeholders
Ability to understand and document requirements such as functional, data, interface, and GUI designs
Ability to translate complex business processes and scenarios into simple business requirements using user stories, use cases, or modeling tools
Ability to conduct and facilitate system testing, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing
Able to run user training sessions as needed to support functional and maintenance releases
Should maintain a positive attitude and be a good team player
Strong communication skills to interface effectively with technology teams, architecture leads, QA teams, and individuals at all levels
Experience working with off shore and on site teams
