Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
1–5 years in an investment-related role (recent grads with strong analytical skills welcome!)
Detail-oriented and organized—especially for manual fixed income trading
Strong Excel proficiency; Bloomberg experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Candidates pursuing or planning to pursue the CFA designation are strongly preferred
