Responsibilities

Understanding the strategic issues faced by the business
Running projects designed to assess and address those strategic issues: from framing up-front work plans to developing a project storyline to executing on the analyses and steps outlined in the plans
Developing hypotheses and distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior management
Communicating results and findings to senior management
Forming and owning relationships with key business and finance partners
Engaging in 'quick hit' deliverables for senior leadership
Identifying business investment needs for purposes of financial planning and subsequent tracking
Managing work across the team and mentoring less-experienced team members in a collaborative and challenging team environment focused on development and growth

Required

6+ years of work experience
Strong candidates for this role will have an ability and desire to think critically and problem solve
Intellectual curiosity
Excellent critical-thinking skills with ability to structure and solve complex business problems
Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
Highly motivated with a strong work-ethic
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, both written and orally, to internal and external audiences
Financial analysis skills consistent with MBA training
Strong communication skills with the ability to use experience and analysis to gain support
Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently and as a team member and coach to less-experienced team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment, including quick turn-around on high-priority items

Preferred

Top-tier strategy consulting experience preferred, particularly with exposure to Financial Services
MBA preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with generative AI tools
