Responsibilities
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
Design and develop production-scale data processing pipelines using C++ and Pod Batch to discover and extract real-world content utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)
Drive scalability and automation by identifying bottlenecks in content extraction and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to support hundreds of new content types
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with software development in C++, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
Experience developing accessible technologies
Experience with Flume and SQL databases
Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence, particularly with Large Language Models
Experience with large-scale web information extraction using Google technologies
