Asset Management Turbine Engine Repair Operations Leader
GE Vernova is a joint venture between GE Power and Baker Hughes, focused on turbine engine repair operations. The AM Turbine Engine Repair Operations Leader will lead operational execution of engine repairs, ensuring timely delivery and cost control while managing depot scheduling and material solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner with engine value stream leaders on workscope requirements
Manage engine WIP at the L4 depot and L2 facilities by facilitating shop workflow requests and handovers, scheduling, and tracking/actioning project material health
Perform One over One workscope review with the shop to ensure compliance with project requirements
Accountable for regular status reporting to AM Engines team and channel customers detailing project milestones and expected completion
Proactively track engine bill of materials and work to expedite and/or solution new and repaired material to maintain project timeline
Partner with AM cost leader to track job costs and control spend, process credit returns and reallocations and provide justification for cost overruns
Track project hold points, including NSR/NCR/NSMR, and work with action owner(s) to resolve
Support Engine testing and customer witness as needed
Support the billing process for refurbished engines
Support other Asset Management value streams as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline, or High School plus 8 years of experience with aeroderivative gas turbines
Minimum of 5 years of Gas Turbine Technical experience
Experience with ERP systems ie Oracle
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage information flow and create comprehensive output
Ability to make decisions in a complex environment of conflicting priorities with problem solving and collaboration
High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)
Preferred
Functional Experience using SFM, ARMS, and Oracle
Proven deep domain expertise with Aeroderivative Gas Turbines
Proven effective problem identification and troubleshooting skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills; good interpersonal and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives of broad scope and impact and drive to closure
Passionate customer service orientation
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
