Designing and implementing complex solutions leading technical discussions and mentoring junior developers
Providing consultative solutions to implement solutions in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud email SMS social web advertising analytics etc and Data Cloud
Leading a complex project with Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud technical stake
Analyzing data and retrieving insights for business analysis
Qualification
Required
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience of Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud solution implementation
8 – 12 years' experience as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Consultant
2 - 4 years' experience as Data Cloud Architect Consultant
Ability to lead a complex project with Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud technical stake
In depth knowledge about Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud OOTB data model and data management process
Provide consultative solutions to implement solutions in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud email SMS social web advertising analytics etc and Data Cloud
In depth architectural knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
Detailed understanding of relational database concepts and data model design
Experience in Data Cloud existing and upcoming system integration capabilities
Detailed knowledge on Data Cloud features like DMO DLO CI SI Identity Resolution Activations etc
Experience in Data modelling Data warehouses ETL Data Integration Business Intelligence Dashboards Reports
Experience with working in a technical environment knowledge in SQL Scripting languages and REST APIs
Capability of analysing data and retrieving insights for business analysis
Good understanding of DevOps Release Management Source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies like ANT Data Cloud Metadata API Gitlab and CICD Pipelines
