Regional Aftersales Manager - North East USA
INEOS Automotive is a growing company in the 4X4 development and manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager to implement the regional After Sales strategy critical for establishing the Grenadier in the US market, requiring extensive experience in the automotive parts and service business.

Responsibilities
Setup, manage and monitor regional partner workshops & stakeholders
After Sales customer interface
Safeguard regional parts availability
Training and process improvement
Identification of wider product issues and contingency plan roll-out
Monitor regional financial target achievement and budget spending
Workshop Process & Service Experience improvement
Buyback Mitigation & escalated customer handling
Parts and Accessories sales & revenue generation
Qualification
Required
Significant Aftersales & Operational automotive experience, which could include vehicle manufacturer or wider motor trade experience
Recognisable technical qualification or experience based equivalent
Broad experience, in many, if not all Automotive & Aftersales disciplines
Very strong drive for continuous improvement – a Kaizen mentality
Ability to work in both office and field-based teams with a customer focused & service excellence approach
The right candidate will preferably come from an automotive aftersales background, have strong analytical skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and wear many different hats
Regional travel required (50-75%)
