Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide general customer service, basic technical support, and parts assistance
Manage and organize support tickets, emails, and customer records
Identify parts at a basic to intermediate level and assist with parts-related questions
Escalate issues appropriately based on urgency and scope
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
Ensure timely follow-ups and support sales as needed
Maintain organized systems and complete administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience working directly with customers; preferably in a business to business environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to problem solve
Must be detail-oriented and well organized
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Prior car wash related experience including understanding of the mechanics of car wash equipment
