Responsibilities
Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Spot recurring error patterns, annotate edge cases, and give feedback to improve our product
Qualification
Required
Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H certifications
3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA
Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky, etc
Tech Savvy
Meticulous eye for detail and data-driven mindset
Stellar written and verbal communicator who can translate clinical jargon into clear guidance
Self-starter: Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and remote collaboration tools
Reliability counts: We're looking for nurses who can deliver the same meticulous, high‑quality reviews every time—whether it's your first case of the day or your fiftieth
Weekend support: Our agencies run seven days a week, so we ask each reviewer to pitch in for weekend shifts to keep care plans moving smoothly
