DWM Systems Administrator (IT)
The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of airport systems. The DWM Systems Administrator will ensure seamless operations, resolve technical issues, and manage software deployments while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Install and resolve technical issues for a wide range of applications, including Autodesk, Adobe, and Microsoft Office 365 products
Deploy software using PDQ and provide assistance to end-users
Collaborate with Microsoft engineers on server management, Office 365 migration, Microsoft Teams, MFA, and Intune, SCCM
Work with the security team to ensure adherence to security policies and standards
Participate in domain migration projects for the City of Atlanta and the Department of Aviation
Test applications for quality and functionality before installation
Ensure 24/7 uptime and smooth operation of departmental applications
Manage licenses for various applications and network servers
Update license files and applications periodically
Create installation guides, troubleshoot documents, and manuals
Audit applications quarterly, manage user access, and recommend decommissioning of underutilized software
Provide solutions for technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Participate in daily team meetings, project meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
Maintain and troubleshoot servers and other hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Implement and oversee data backup processes and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical systems and information
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Five (5) years related work experience
ITIL v4 certification
Microsoft fundamentals (AZ-900)
Install and resolve technical issues for a wide range of applications, including Autodesk, Adobe, and Microsoft Office 365 products
