Responsibilities

Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients
Facilitate admission of patients
Support the doctors and support staff as needed
Assist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners suffering from loss and grief
Collect deposits for appointments and procedures
Communicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobby
Answer questions clients may have while in the lobby
Schedule future appointments/follow up as needed
Sign in visitors and vendors
Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion
Assist with basic onboarding and introductory training of new team members Daily cleaning of front desk/lobby area – wipe down surfaces, sweep lobby, etc
Maintain coffee and supplies for client use
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed to fit the needs of a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital
