Responsibilities
Define the product roadmap by identifying the highest-value workflows to automate (e.g., earnings modeling, cross-filing variance analysis, or thematic discovery)
Work daily with AI engineers to codify financial logic into our AI platform
Design the user experience: What should a "perfect" investment assistant look like?
Behavioral Analysis: Deep-dive into user activity logs and session data to identify where analysts are getting "stuck" or where our AI’s logic isn't meeting their expectations
Error Detection: Proactively identify "silent failures" or user friction points by reviewing how clients interact with extracted data
Feedback Loop: Convert user behavior patterns into actionable product tickets. If users are consistently double-checking a specific clause, you find out why and fix the confidence interval
UX Refinement: Identify "power user" behaviors and find ways to make those workflows the default for all users
Be the "Voice of the User" in the market. Lead demos for various financial institutions & asset managers
Create high-signal content (white papers, webinars, or deep-dives) demonstrating how AI changes the investment game
Gather feedback from early design partners to iterate on the product in real-time
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience as an investment analyst. You've built the models, written the notes, and know the pain points of the job
You are likely the person on your team who has already tried to automate your workflow using the latest AI tools available
You can explain a complex 'Long' thesis to a PM and then turn around and explain a feature bug to an Engineer
Founder Mindset: You are bored by the bureaucracy of big banks. You want to build something that changes how thousands of people work every day
