Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize the performance of data processes to support real-time decision-making and analytics
Develop and maintain robust data integrations using Python, SQL, and Snowflake within AWS environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support RPA workflows across business units
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with financial industry standards
Other duties as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with a focus on automation and analytics
Proven track record in designing and deploying data solutions in financial services environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS cloud services
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries
Remote with on-site meeting requirement
Preferred
Experience or knowledge in fixed income and risk management is highly desirable
