Responsibilities
Implement and maintain process accounting for manufacturing and production workflows, including tracking material inputs, labor, overhead, and waste
Manage daily accounting in QuickBooks Online
Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and expense processes
Lead monthly close, generate financial statements, and track COGS
Support multi-entity accounting across U.S. and EU operations
Partner with Operations on inventory, manufacturing costs, and waste tracking
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4–7+ years of accounting experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel)
Knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity, and multi-currency accounting
Preferred
Consumer goods, CPG, or manufacturing accounting
Inventory and cost accounting
International transactions
Sustainability or material science backgrounds
