Telephone Interviewer
The University of Florida is seeking a Part-Time Telephone Interviewer for their Survey Research team. In this role, you will conduct phone surveys with diverse respondents, utilizing your communication skills to gather valuable data for academic and business research.

Qualification
Required
18 years old or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
Able to work for the next 3 months after start date
Clear & professional speaking voice in fluent English
Preferred
Ability to read from a script exactly as written
Ability to listen effectively and follow instructions
Basic computer literacy
Customer service and telephone experience
Ability to follow standard operating and project-related procedures
Ability to work at least 3 weekday evenings 6 PM to 9 PM per week
Ability to work one 3-hour weekend shift
Ability to work from 9 PM to 10 PM at least 1 weekday per week on seasonal projects contacting the Central Time Zone (i.e. Texas)
