Responsibilities
Execute a revenue‑driven strategy focused on growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty
Use market insights and prospecting tools to identify high‑value opportunities
Ask the right questions to uncover customer pain points and deliver smart, consultative, solutions‑based recommendations
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers through both technical and business questions
Develop tailored proposals, including clear project costs and implementation plans
Maintain a strong sales funnel — forecasting confidently and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Prepare accurate and timely quotes, contracts, and documentation
Stay sharp by understanding the competitive landscape and positioning our solutions to win
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in B2B sales — ideally in security systems or solutions selling
A strong track record of crushing goals and building trust with clients
Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines and keep deals moving
Excellent forecasting and pipeline management abilities
The confidence to explain product features and connect them to customer benefits
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Strong time management and the ability to focus on the activities that produce results
Preferred
Experience working with government, PD, FD, or EMS agencies
