Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support for Microsoft cloud & on-premises technical issues
Maintain and share knowledge of Microsoft cloud services
Act as internal escalation resource prior to engaging third-parties escalation resources
Build and maintain documentation to support our cloud support team
Help train Cloud Support Engineers to identify and resolve customer issues, and to identify opportunities for professional or cloud services
Support multiple, simultaneous engagements both internally and externally
Strong understanding of Microsoft’s licensing program

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is highly preferred
10+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Cloud platforms in a client-facing capacity
Broad & deep understanding of Microsoft cloud & on-premises technologies
Possess at least 1 Expert-level Microsoft certification
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Partner Network and Premier Support for Partners (PSFP) escalation process
Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements both internally and externally
Must be comfortable and professional, engaging in on-camera Microsoft Teams meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

Strong creative and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues
Process-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to research complex technical topics and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging Microsoft and internal documentation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and high standards of execution
High emotional intelligence with the professionalism and composure required to engage confidently with clients
