Required

Must live in Phoenix area
Inbound call center experience
Ability to answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
Experience in booking hotel reservations
Excellent customer service skills
Open schedule availability
Willingness to work weekends
Ability to work 12pm-12am Monday-Sunday (8hr Shift)
Ability to have 2 days off consecutive during the week (5 On 2 Off)
