Qualification
Required
Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training
Recent experience providing computer support, troubleshoot and maintain PC and Mac hardware, operating systems, and related software applications
Experience with networking setup, configurating, and troubleshooting for LAN and Wi-Fi
Experience with Microsoft Office and Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, Adobe Creative Suite, and other business applications. Experience with HTML
Knowledge and ability to assess current technology in terms of feasibility, suitability, and functionality and match this to the departmental needs
Demonstrate the ability to create user centered designs
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with confidence and discretion where matters of confidentiality are concerned, exercise sound judgment in releasing information
Preferred
A minimum of 2 years of computer programming experience
Supervisory experience in a union setting
