Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to create a company-wide analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business goals. Partner with executive leadership to define success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and measure strategic outcomes
Collaborate with business leaders, including lenders and providers, to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex data into clear narratives that guide strategic planning and resource allocation
Develop scalable frameworks for financial, operational, and client-facing metrics which strengthen measurement of the value and transactions in the HealthBridge Program
Advise and implement industry best practices for centralized reporting infrastructure (e.g., BI tools, dashboards, KPIs)
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, data governance, standard reporting, and analytical capability across departments
Partner with engineering, customer service, operations, and finance to implement advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, cohort analysis, etc.) to explore strategic questions and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline
10+ years experience in healthcare analytics or data strategy, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional technical, analytic, operational, and financial teams in a growing organization
Effective communication and consultative skills with the ability to structure and present complex analyses to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with Epic EHR preferred
