They are seeking a charismatic Public Relations Intern to support their in-house PR team with various tasks including managing product mailings and influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities
Manage a multitude of assignments at once and work with the Specialist and Manager to prioritize accordingly
Assist with communication for the general PR email account
Manage and organize inventory of products in PR closet in a timely manner via SAP
Help manage product send-outs and product mailings, including beauty award submissions and influencer deliveries
Help maintain influencer campaigns daily on Traackr
Assist in researching and outreach to potential influencer partners for the brand
Assist in updating media lists with new contact information of influencers, magazine editors, makeup artists
Assist in sourcing and onboarding Amazon and TikTok Shop affiliates for platforms
Support tracking and reporting on affiliate performance to optimize partnerships and drive sales
Competitive research on influencer mailers, activations, events
Weekly reporting on influencer mentions
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of previous experience in beauty / luxury / lifestyle brand or agency a plus
Strong understanding of beauty space and latest trends in pop culture & social media (Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest)
Interest in developing a career in public relations/marketing/social media
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Traackr
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
Hands-on, can-do, 'roll up your sleeves' attitude
Proactive, organized, detail oriented and ability to work well in a collaborative environment but also work independently, meeting deadlines under the supervision of the PR Manager
Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in affiliate marketing
