The role involves managing and directing crews in the installation of large-format architectural panels while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Manage and direct crews installing large-format architectural panels on commercial projects
Oversee daily workflow, safety practices, and installation quality
Coordinate with site supervision to maintain schedule and productivity
Assist with hands-on installation of terracotta and fiber cement panels as needed
Ensure proper handling, placement, and fastening of large-format materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience installing terracotta or fiber cement large-format panels
Previous experience as a Lead, Foreman, or Superintendent on commercial construction sites
Strong understanding of exterior cladding systems and installation methods
Ability to lead crews, communicate effectively, and maintain high safety standards
Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials
Preferred
Experience in roofing, tile installation, framing, or other commercial construction trades is a plus
