Responsibilities

Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling informative and engaging healthcare-related content across social media platforms

Monitor social platforms and interact with followers to build community engagement and promote trust

Help coordinate live social media coverage during health and wellness events

Track and analyze engagement metrics and assist in preparing performance reports

Support the marketing team with both online and offline outreach initiatives

Maintain and regularly update the social media content calendar to ensure timely and accurate communication
