Senior Product Owner - Supply Chain & Operations (Fortune 100Co Direct Hire)
Confidential company is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Supply Chain & Operations to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful digital products for data-driven decision-making in global supply chain operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for analytics platforms and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for supply chain BI and analytics products
Define product outcomes aligned to enterprise supply chain strategy (e.g., service, cost, inventory, resiliency)
Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories with measurable value
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
Lead development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics across areas such as:
Demand & supply planning
Inventory & working capital
Logistics & transportation
Manufacturing & operations performance
Supplier performance & risk
Ensure data products provide trusted, actionable insights for both executive and operational users
Champion data governance, metric standardization, and single-source-of-truth principles
Serve as Product Owner within Agile teams; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
Partner with Data Engineering, BI Developers, and Architects to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Digital teams globally
Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform and capability development
Act as a trusted thought partner to senior supply chain leaders
Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and value realization to executives
Drive adoption and change management for analytics products across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis
Strong experience in supply chain analytics, BI, or data products
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into data and analytics solutions
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a large, complex, global enterprise (Fortune 500/Fortune 100 preferred)
Deep understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs
Experience with modern BI and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
Familiarity with advanced analytics, forecasting, or optimization use cases
CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar Agile certification
