This role involves managing the transmission of fingerprints, adjusting photos, operating computer hardware for document management, and ensuring data accuracy before entry into the system.

Responsibilities
Handles transmission of fingerprints to FDLE via Crossmatch. Compares demographic information from applications to ensure that it matches what is being transmitted and that the division receives background results with accurate information
Adjusts and edits photos submitted by applicants, using photoshop software/program. This includes adjustment of color and cropping
Operates computer peripheral hardware for production and production control within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Prints digitized license and generates production schedules and reports
Reviews scanned documents to ensure legibility before entry into EDMS. Researches the print processes of the EDMS to identify and resolve problems
Performs Other Related Work As Required
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or its equivalent and two (2) years of data processing experience
College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required experience provided such education includes three courses in data processing
Graduates utilizing education attained in the United States to meet the minimum requirements of a position will not be appointed until verification of the applicable degree has been obtained
Foreign trained graduates utilizing a degree attained outside of the United States to meet the minimum requirements of a position must be prepared to provide a copy of a credential evaluation conducted by an Approved Credential Evaluation Agency
