Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Recruit for specialized roles within investment management and related financial services functions, leveraging industry knowledge and networks
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage top talent for current and future openings
Manage offer discussions and ensure alignment with candidate expectations and company standards
Actively network within external markets, attend industry events, and maintain awareness of talent trends in investment management
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and deliver qualitative staffing results
Maintain accurate records and provide insights on recruiting performance through regular reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or investment management
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday; tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting processes
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships in competitive talent markets
Agile mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
