Responsibilities

Exercise your mechanical design experience in an energetic and progressive consulting environment
Develop new technologies and bring new products to market
Develop designs, build and test prototypes, and use the knowledge gained through testing to refine and improve on previous designs
Immerse in Fikst’s hands-on culture of experimentation and building, using CNC machining and turning centers, 3D-printers and laser cutters, and a huge arsenal of scientific and engineering equipment
Collaborate with fellow engineers and clients

Required

S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3-5 years of industry experience
Broad technical background and the desire to learn more
3D CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)

Preferred

Experience with a range of manufacturing processes is a plus (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
Experience designing robotic systems or industrial automation a plus
