Responsibilities

Develop innovative artificial intelligence techniques, machine learning algorithms, network models, computational tools, and statistical methods
Analyze spatial single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq / Cut&Tag, ATAC-seq, RNA modification profiles, Hi-C, and Nanopore direct RNA sequencing data to unravel spatial and temporal dimensions of biological processes
Investigate the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression, including intercellular communication, transcription factors, histone modifications, RNA modifications, and 3D chromatin folding to gain insights into development and diseases
Collaborate with clinicians and biologists to enhance research productivity, foster innovation, and facilitate translational applications

Required

PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
Experience in developing artificial intelligence techniques and machine learning algorithms
Proficiency in analyzing multi-omics data, including spatial single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq / Cut&Tag, ATAC-seq, RNA modification profiles, Hi-C, and Nanopore direct RNA sequencing data
Strong understanding of gene expression regulatory mechanisms, including intercellular communication, transcription factors, histone modifications, RNA modifications, and 3D chromatin folding
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and biologists
Strong publication record in relevant scientific journals

Preferred

Experience with statistical methods and computational tools in bioinformatics
Familiarity with translational applications in biomedical research
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
