Collaborating with architecture and UXD to build architecturally compliant apps
Working with platform squads to define engineering standards, standard methodologies, and tooling
Providing engineering thought leadership to advance philanthropy and facilitate a cloud-first approach
Collaborating with other team members to analyze and solve problems
Staying ahead of the curve by aligning architecture, user experience, and security with teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in designing and implementing full stack end-to-end customer facing applications
Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, other related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodology
Professional experience in front-end frameworks and web technologies including Angular (20+), HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Typescript, web components, and other
Experience with the following technologies: Spring 3.x, JPA, REST, Maven, XML, Swagger
Champion best practices in modular application design, including micro-frontends, shared libraries, and integration patterns
Strong understanding of modern development principles such as trunk-based development, monorepos, feature toggles, and branch by abstraction to support performant engineering teams
Experience developing quality-first, testable solutions demonstrating TDD and automation with tools such as Cypress, Karate, Karma, Junit, and other testing tools
Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
Strong communication and influencing skills to integrate effectively into the inclusive culture
Strong desire to learn new skills and emerging technologies/industry trends quickly
Expertise with Angular 20+ ideal. Must be strong with Angular – using signals quite extensively
