Responsibilities

Building and executing sales strategies to drive net-new business in Federal Civilian accounts
Becoming a trusted advisor by aligning client missions with Ondaro’s ServiceNow solutions
Identifying and qualifying new opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and events
Collaborating with consulting, marketing, and capture teams to deliver winning proposals and presentations
Managing the full sales cycle—from discovery through close—while contributing to ongoing account growth
Navigating federal contracting processes and vehicles to accelerate deal velocity
Tracking pipeline activity and performance in CRM systems

Qualification

Required

5+ years of direct sales experience in federal markets (ideally with Civilian agencies like GSA, DHS, HHS, USDA, or DOJ)
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Experience with federal contracting, government cloud technologies (e.g., FedRAMP), and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday
Ability to understand customer missions, business drivers, and how Ondaro's offerings fit into the big picture
Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
Excellent communication and proposal development skills
Experience using CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Bonus points for experience with ServiceNow partners or federal digital transformation initiatives
