Responsibilities

Lead and execute team attainment of sales targets for charger and adapter penetration rates and support development of customer qualification tools and processes for home energy products
Lead and execute EV Dealer charging infrastructure and ADI order management
Lead and execute interaction and agreement with Divisional sales operations teams to incorporate GM Energy products into programs and processes to support attachment rates for new and used EVs
Lead and Execute our incentive strategy and go to market efforts through Retail sales channels
Support strategy development to create programs and processes to better qualify customers per-vehicle purchase at vehicle point of sale
Support the implementation of utility program activation at the dealership and LMA level
Develop reporting requirements for Divisions, dealers, and field teams to provide insight into sales performance and highlight strategies for improvement
P+L responsibility for monetized programs
Collaborate with IT teams, engineering teams, program management teams, and other internal groups crafting and executing necessary strategies to optimize EV Ecosystem
Manage external vendors (existing and new) to ensure high quality service delivery for Dealers and internal partners
Build a strong network of internal & external relationships throughout the North American EV ecosystem, including providers, suppliers, consultants, analysts, utilities, and other stakeholders
Synthesize an engaging story based on insights and analyses including building compelling presentations and present quickly and clearly to key decision-makers
Instill a culture of organizational excellence, including proactive, collaborative, supportive engagement cross-company
Embrace data driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations
Establish a strong, effective, & empathetic rapport with teams across-company to ensure all programs launch flawlessly and with high customer & stakeholder enthusiasm
Ensure a culture of performance: establish bold targets, key performance indicators, and proactively employ countermeasures based on performance of programs vs objectives
Develop and present GM internal leadership updates with pre-reads and compelling storytelling
Launch with excellence, celebrate success, learn from failure
Champion brand & country integration (Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick-GMC, Fleet, cruise, OnStar)

Required

12+ years of professional experience including 10+ years of experience in some combination of: auto OEM, sales/service/marketing, customer experience, program management, project management
Demonstrated people leader experience
Conversant in EVs and energy with a willingness to become a subject matter expert
Demonstrated skills in successfully negotiating with internal partners
Cross-cultural savvy
Ability to frame & solve complex, ambiguous problems
Ability to create a growth mindset among the team and challenge the team to hit targets as well as developing innovative solutions
