Responsibilities
Designs and leads product vision development strategies that consider product life cycle and business user needs
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define product use cases and user journeys
Prioritizes new product features to achieve maximum business outcomes
Manages product backlog and roadmap
Leads and/or facilitates user acceptance testing
Maintains and creates technical documents and user guides
Leads and serves as the face of product demos, keeping in mind the "voice of the customer"
Troubleshoots technical issues and provide subject matter expert support
Performs product setup, configuration and support
Leads and/or facilitates end user training
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer Science/Technologies or related field
Five to seven (5-7) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis
Expert communication and presentation skills
Quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills
Strong project management and project management leadership experience
Preferred
Understanding of Agile best practices and using PI roadmaps to assist in planning
Ability to perform complex analysis and understand data architecture
Pull data from various sources using SQL, Python or other programming languages to validate and perform analysis
Knowledge of financial systems such as Azure, Databricks and Oracle
Ability to collaborate with business and engineering teams to understand requirements and/or deliver reports
Ability to communicate through storytelling in order to explain complex concepts or influence towards action
Thought leader on anomaly detection and monitoring, data mining and analysis to extract meaning from large data sources
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
