Responsibilities
Manage monthly close processes for pre-paid revenue streams, including complex journal entries and account reconciliations
Ensure all revenue activities align with US GAAP and SOX controls; serve as a primary point of contact for audit inquiries
Perform detailed flux analysis and data validation to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in a high-transaction environment
Assist in evaluating the accounting impact of new product launches, promotions, and service plans
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to streamline reporting workflows and improve data integrity between billing systems and the general ledger
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP
Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions
A 'self-starter' mentality with the ability to navigate a large, complex corporate structure and communicate effectively with senior leadership
Preferred
Big 4 or large Tier-2 Public Accounting experience (Audit or Assurance) is highly preferred
Experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP) is a significant advantage
CPA or CPA candidate is a major plus
