Responsibilities

Lead targeted change communications, email campaigns, newsletters, and supplier communications for VMS transitions (20%)
Develop, update, and maintain VMS documentation including QRGs and role-based job aids (20%)
Design, deliver, and maintain live and recorded training, office hours, and enablement materials (25%)
Support UAT, readiness assessments, feedback analysis, and go-live preparation (15%)
Lead 30-day post-go-live hypercare, track adoption metrics, and resolve stabilization issues (10%)
Support data management and readiness activities, including collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate supplier contact data to enable change communications, and supporting system data clean-up efforts in preparation for VMS implementations (10%)

Required

Proven hands-on experience leading change management for a VMS implementation or optimization
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale MSP, VMS, or enterprise system transformations
Strong background in change communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred

Experience with VNDLY, Fieldglass, and/or Beeline
