Ketelsen RV is expanding their sales team and seeking a top-performing Sales Professional ready to dive into customer satisfaction. The role involves working directly with customers, managing sales processes, and participating in training activities to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities
Work directly with customers that walk in our doors and help them find their perfect camper!
Field Sales Calls and Respond to internet leads from customers who are shopping remotely
Work alongside your team members to help the sales process be more seamless and streamlined
Ensure the products we are selling are sale-ready when our customers arrive
Work within our CRM system to help manage your book of business
Remain willing to learn and grow as you participate in daily training activities
Must be able to work weekends
Qualification
Required
Previous experience is a plus, especially if you've gained experience in a negotiated sale
Must be able to work weekends
Preferred
Prior customer support and/or customer success experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct
Gain Satisfaction from helping others
Ability to guide customers to efficient solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
