Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an Associate Engineer to join the Drug Product Pilot Plant team within the Manufacturing and Clinical Supply organization. The role focuses on supporting drug product manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives, including operating fill/stoppering equipment and conducting process characterization studies.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate fill/stoppering equipment for drug product dispensing

Perform format changeovers and material preparation

Lead material generation runs for vial and syringe formats

Execute fill process characterization studies following protocols

Prepare lab notebooks, reports, and documentation

Manage pilot plant raw materials

Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Apply scientific and engineering principles to improve processes

Present study results to management and product teams

Support safety and compliance initiatives
