Responsibilities
Develop solutions that incorporate user requirements, system functionality, and support to deliver a fully functional end to end user experience
Work internally, and with external partners (vendors, integrators) to deliver designs consistent solutions to support Branch and ATM devices
Manage highly visible deployments of network solutions and manage their capacity domestically
Manage and maintain product AIT’s and inventory associated with our solutions
Assist with Risk and Compliance, manage tools and metrics used for reporting
Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving using data from a range of sources; bring issue to resolution and/or develop remediation recommendation
Validate vendor and/or integrator issue diagnosis and approach
Ability to describe issues, escalate, and articulate impact to affected users and leadership as needed
Interact with partner teams on process improvement and knowledge development to improve service delivery
Create and maintain technical documentation
Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in technology; and/or 7+ Years of experience in Banking or Finance networks
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, highly technical environment
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and leadership
Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Cisco Tools, used to manage workflow and network devices
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure
Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required
Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the bank supported environment
AV – CCSI or equivalent work experience with references
Cisco CCNE or equivalent work experience with references
Microsoft MSE or equivalent work experience with references
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
3+ years' of experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Scrum or Agile experience
