Administrative and Territory Support Specialist

The Administrative and Territory Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support to regional underwriting teams, assist in managing agency data, and act as a liaison between field sales personnel and other functions.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support services to our Regional underwriting teams and other office associates
Complete system updates for agency appointments, changes and work with licensing department to ensure proper licensing and listing of all agency producers
Handle basic agency questions, maintain knowledge of territories and manage agency data to produce monitoring reports for production, submissions, and profitability at the direction of Territory Underwriter Specialist or Regional Executive
Maintain and manage the marketing material library and ensure materials are available for agency visits and meetings
Ensure that urgent matters are handled when the Territory Underwriter Specialists are out of the office
Act as a liaison between field sales personnel and other functions
Assist in the organization, preparation and set up of presentations and sales meetings
Perform other job-related duties as requested

Required

Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years related work experience
Facilities coordination experience
Administrative secretary / assistant experience
Knowledge of sales, underwriting, and policy issuance processes
Familiarity with Sentry Software and systems applicable to the needs of the Regional niche
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to research and find problem resolution in a variety of resources
