Responsibilities
Implement and maintain merchandising strategies for retail initiatives
Guide planogram development with sales and product teams to optimize sales across product categories
Execute all display units, visual merchandising elements, device security, and retail graphics
Coordinate digital content and customization for in-store devices
Project manage multiple product launches and retail experience initiatives
Communicate execution plans effectively to field and account teams
Track KPIs and ROI for merchandising projects
Manage vendor and budget requests in collaboration with internal teams
Stage and test retail fixtures in preparation for launches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years' experience in retail merchandising operations or project management; wireless/consumer electronics a plus
Strong proficiency with Blue Yonder Space Planning / Planogram software
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
Strong understanding of consumer journey, trends, and insights
Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to develop presentations and reports using standard PC applications
