Katalys is seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to support senior revenue leadership by enabling deal execution and maintaining revenue systems. This role involves coordinating workflows across Sales, Finance, and Operations while providing operational support for active deals and ensuring data integrity within the CRM.
Responsibilities
Provide direct operational and deal support to senior revenue leadership
Support active deals by coordinating pricing, approvals, documentation, and reviews
Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within the CRM
Assist with deal workflows including quote setup, contract routing, and internal approvals
Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely deal execution
Support pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and revenue reporting for leadership
Prepare deal-level analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Execute and maintain revenue processes across the sales lifecycle
Maintain documentation of revenue operations processes and sales workflows
Participate in deal reviews, pipeline meetings, and revenue planning discussions
Complete assigned objectives in a timely manner to avoid disruptions to active deals
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on deal status, approvals, and operational tasks
Qualification
Required
early-career experience in operations, finance, sales support, or a related commercial function
demonstrated interest in revenue operations and deal execution
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent deals
Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-driven environments
Strong problem-solving and process-oriented thinking
Proficiency in CRM systems and business productivity tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations
Interest in building a career in revenue operations or sales execution
Preferred
Experience supporting senior leaders or working in a cross-functional environment
